invoiceQ was born towards the end of 2016, more precise in December. Out of necessity, and being the idea of a cleaning company owner, invoiceQ drawings and notes were written outside on a terrace of a coffee shop in Barcelona (Spain).
It''s first incarnation, invoiceQ was in the form of Google Spreadsheet and was called (you guessed it) ''Facturacion Limpieza'' - a Spanish name. It is still lurking around on the Internet, is free but very limited functionality.
However a cleaning company is a service company and that implies sending mostly the same invoices to the same customers every month . For that reason myself and the business owner decided to try to come up with a software that is very simple, extremely efficient and capable of generating recurring invoices with one click.
Two and a half years later, after continuous development and testing, invoiceQ was ready. Tested to the bone and continuously improved with new features and also simplifying the tasks that we considered to be time consuming, we came up with what you can download and install for yourself today.
If you own a service company which invoices regular customers at regular intervals ,or if you are self-employed doing the same repetitive invoicing every month, then I strongly recommend you use invoiceQ.
