Action1 shows all installed and/or running cloud storage apps on your network and allows you to create alerts when any new applications are installed or started. You can display all installed cloud storage apps or just those currently started by users. Such as you can determine which computers have Dropbox installed and which users have it running in their logon sessions. It is also able to determine if certain apps are being run in portable mode, such as from USB drives. You can then use this data to, for example, prevent Dropbox or OneDrive usage in the workplace, if it''s against your corporate policy, by blocking or blacklisting them in your firewall.
By default, Action1 searches for most popular Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, OneDrive, Amazon Drive, Apple iCloud, IDrive, Tresorit, MEGAsync, NextCloud, SpiderOak, pCloud and SugarSync.
