The software product allows to make the plan-menu and the menu on every day for few minutes, in it also there is a possibility quickly to make any reports (memory sheets of arrival and the expense of foodstuff, the sheet of the account of the rests of products, a log-book of movement of products, etc.). The menu can be made as on categories of dishes (the menu of type "buffet"), and with use of a directory of food intakes (for example, a breakfast, a dinner and a supper). The module contains about 1100 names of dishes with the detailed description of structure of dishes and technologies of preparation.
