	Space Watch v3.5 is a program that lets PC and network users search and analyse disk space use quickly and easily; pinpointing unexpected and unwanted files and directories as well as important changes over time. Space Watch v3.5 is the first program to provide space ownership search and analyses on both Netware, NT and Windows 2000 systems - at the same time. And now Novell certified as 'Yes, Tested and Approved' for NetWare 5 and NDS 8. Using highly graphical presentation of space use, linked by single click 'drill down', finding - and acting on - the information you want becomes quick and easy. Space Watch v3.5 collects a profile of the chosen PC, server or servers in a database for off-line analysis. Already proven by customers with upto 500,000 files to manage, v3.5 increases this capability to feasibly search and analyse more than 2 million files and directories at a time - across any mixture of desktop, Windows or Netware servers. Standard data available immediately includes colour-coded 'trees' of space use; installed products and programs; duplicates; space by file type and more. More advanced analyses include a multi-function 2D/3D graphing tool for viewing space distribution by user over time; by file size; by last access/update and more. Also included are many built-in reports including unique ones like 'unused space by user' - or use the Microsoft Access-compatible data files to generate your own custom reports. In addition, data files can be stored and re-loaded, or compared to highlight change over time. Search across all data collected using complex, easily-constructed, queries and get near-instant results even with the largest networks - e.g. 'files not accessed for 6 months and owned by user x larger than 1MB beginning with a C or a D' - then cut and paste the results directly into another spreadsheet or database application, e-mail the user - or new in v3.5, save the results to web format for publishing on your intranet!
