Reference forTeachers helps teachers write student references by ``allowing them to select from up to ten variants of up to ten sentences ``which are then merged to form a single reference which includes ``student, teacher and school names and correct correct personal ``pronouns. A teacher using Reference for Teachers writes a reference ``for a student in a minute or two and then edits the reference so that ``it exactly suits the student. The program includes a set of ten ``variants of seven sentences,allowing for 10 million different ``references. However teachers and schools can easily write their own ``sentences. When used by a school for all graduating students, ``Reference for Teachers moderates the references written by reducing the variations caused by different teacher preferences and writing styles.
