Are you a Delphi,VB or C++ programmer? Are you a HTML designer? If so, it is sure that you must deal with color code in order to prettify the interface. When you find out a color you like, what will you do? You will probably copy the screen to a Graphics Tool, and then use the sucker to suck color, finally copy the R,G,B color code to clipboard. It is so inconvenient and will waste your system resources.
