The system has a "template" that lets you automatically repeat common things such as a city name and partial zip code as you enter records as well as extensive facilities for importing and exporting comma-delimited and tab-delimited databases from and to other sources. It also can build mail merge data files at the click of a button.
The system lets you store and retrieve label definitions for any label sheet you can describe. When you print labels you can elect to include bar codes on them -- 5 digit, 9 digit, or delivery point.
