Any user can:
1) Add cities to the view
2) View weather forecast for 3, 5 and 7 days
3) Change temperature format
4) View visual weather symbols
5) Get text hint by scrolling over the symbols
6) View the additional information: date and day of the week, humidity, wind, sunrise, sunset, highest and lowest expected temperature on the current date
IMPORTANT INFO FOR ADMINISTRATOR:
Weather Forecast add-in uses Google API for city search. Google API provides a limited amount of free requests per day. Therefore, it may limit the users. However, you can provide your own Google API key, so that you were not limited. In order to do that, a user with Full Access to the site collection with Weather Forecast add-in must open settings (click +) and provide Google API key in the corresponding field.
