| | Simple, powerful and inexpensive CAD software for surveying. You can do triangulation, isolines, color-filled contour maps, sections, intersections, volume and much more. You can process hundreds of thousands of points or triangles, even on less powerful PCs.
Through its own CAD system (called RCAD), specialized for 3D and for a large number of entities, you can:
-load and draw a file of points having the format: Number X Y Z Code; the drawing is made by POINT,3DPOLY,SPLINE or BLOCK entities, according to a modifiable library of codes
-edit interactively the XYZ files of points; you can modify the coordinates, the code and the position (in 3DPOLY or SPLINE)
-triangulate the points on a convex hull or between an external contour and possibly more interior contours
-do isolines (contour lines) and color-filled contour map
-do cross sections and longitudinal profile
-do the projection of several PLine entities over a triangulation
-do the conversion of a triangulation to a regular grid of points
-do the conversion of the existing isolines resulting from maps in points and then in a triangulation
-represent the geological_stratification resulting from drilling
-calculate 3D area, center of gravity and the volume between 2 triangulations or between a triangulation and a plan
-intersect and divide two triangulations or a triangulation by a horizontal plan
-interpolate a set of 3DFACE entities, using quartic triangular patches (G1 continuity)
-transform a drawing containing entities as PLine, Line, Block and Text, in points having codes and then in a triangulation,
-represent 4D points cloud,
-import and export LandXML files type.
RCAD CAD system, distributed together with RTOPO, provides OpenGL real-time orbit, pan,zoom, shading, lighting and motion path animation. RCAD is similar with other popular CAD systems and can load and save DXF files. It has entries in the command text area, graphics area, menus and toolbars and can run scripts. |

| | Converts VDAFS file to DXF file (in 3DFACE entities) and generates the NC program for milling a piece composed from 3DFACE entities, by some paths parallel to the machine axis. In VDAFS file will be interpreted the entities of type PSET, FACE (created from the entities of type SURF and CONS) and possibly those of type SURF. 3DFACE entities may result also from 3DFACE or 3DMESH entities from DXF files, from STL ASCII files generates by AutoCAD for solids and from RCAD "3DFace" command. 3DFace entities which describe the surface can be intersected or not perfectly joined! The milling cutter with semispherical head will be always above and tangent to the assembly of 3DFace entities! You can divide the piece into 2 parts through a horizontal separation plane or through a certain separation surface and you can calculate 3D area, volume and center of gravity of some bodies limited by 3DFACE entities. RCAD graphic core, distributed together with VDAFS to DXF&NC, provides OpenGL real-time orbit, pan, zoom, shading, lighting and motion path animation.

On a plate or between 2 plates assemblings can be applied (hinges, pegs, handles, bars, etc.). Furniture bodies can be composed of several plates and assemblings. The plates, the holes, the grooves, the edgings, the assemblings, the bodies and the materials can be modified interactively and archived in order to be reused. Execution drawings for plates and the lists of materials, technology and costs are automatically generated.

| | An add-on for AUTOCAD or BricsCAD, which determines the unfolded section of one set of 3DSOLID, 3DMESH or 3DFACE entities and vertical planes passing through a 2D POLYLINE which may contain arcs, in XOY plane. Developed section is generated in the vertical plane passing through first segment of POLYLINE. The intersection is generated in the form of 3DPOLY entities, colored from 1 to 1, beginning with the color 1, corresponding to every vertical plane. The result is automatically generated in viewports ready for printing. You can set also the "concatenation precision" of the segments of intersection.
There is also another command that generates drawings in PDF format, for several rectangular areas from a DWG. Without this new command you would have wasted time, manually entering the PLOT command and its options, in repeatedly. |

-KMP writes the mileage in the BLOCKs inserted on a POLYLINE,

| | It contains only the volume calculation command from the Cut and fill volume full program.
VOL command calculates the filling and digging volumes between the project and the land surfaces. The surfaces must be 3DFACE or 3DMESH entities, having different colors between project and land.
The volumes will be calculated by the intersection with vertical lines of the two surfaces.
The filling and digging volumes as well as the maximum filling and digging heights will be calculated and displayed. The vertical lines between the surfaces are also drawn. |
