HotPrep is an HTML Preprocessor -- a tool that eases the burden of creating and maintaining a web site. Through the use of a few simple preprocessor commands which you insert in your html files within comment tags, you can include other files within an html file, define variables to be replaced, insert the current date and time, and perform other commonly needed web site functions.
