| | This free utility quickly and easily exports email messages from MBOX message database files to MSG format files used by Outlook. Then, you can import them into Outlook, work with them in Windows Explorer, do a search, send to other users, or simply keep a backup in native Outlook form.
MBOX format files are inconvenient for storing email message databases. These files cannot be opened in Outlook; there are no standard Windows tools for browsing and searching them. MBOX files do not support keeping the folder structure - each folder requires a separate file. In addition, the MBOX files can be very large, creating additional inconvenience and reducing the reliability of your email backups.
This program converts MBOX files of any format (mboxo, mboxrd, mboxcl, mboxcl2 and others) to Outlook MSG files. The utility can convert multiple files at once, retaining the original folder structure on your disk or network share. In addition, the tool saves all key message headers, so you can see them in Windows Explorer, selecting the appropriate columns. You can use Windows Explorer''s built-in functions to search MSG files. You can also open MSG files directly in Outlook.

This free utility converts the email database files from the MBOX format to the Adobe PDF document format. This allows viewing them on all platforms and operating systems. Email programs use the MBOX file format for storing and transferring messages. Adobe PDF viewers are available on most platforms and operating systems.
To convert MBOX to PDF:
1. Select the source folder with MBOX files and specify the destination folder for PDF documents.
2. Specify whether to process subfolders and create separate folders for each MBOX file.

| | The utility converts the email database files from the MBOX format to PST for Outlook. You can get one or more PST files from MBOX files in different folders. The contents of each MBOX file can be saved in a separate folder in the PST file. In the process of conversion, you can immediately split the resulting PST files by size or year.
The MBOX format is used by some email programs to store email messages, such as Mozilla Thunderbird. MBOX files contain all mailbox messages or each folder separately. To make these messages available to Outlook or Exchange Server, you must import them into Outlook or convert to Outlook PST data files. After the message base is converted from MBOX to PST, you can open it in Outlook.
In addition, MBOX files are used by some email services to migrate message databases, such as Google Takeout. When you convert such MBOX files, the utility recognizes email labels and can create the Gmail folder structure in a PST file. You can also use Gmail labels to assign Outlook categories to messages.
Messages in a resulting PST file will look as if you received them directly to Outlook from the mail server. All HTML formatting, attachments, and headers will be saved in the original form. When converting, source MBOX files can be moved to another folder. In this case, when you rerun the utility from the same location, target PST files will not contain duplicate messages.
Converting email messages from MBOX to PST is used when migrating or preparing to migrate an old mail database from MBOX format to Outlook and Exchange Server mailboxes and public folders. Pre-conversion enables you to estimate the size of the new database and transfer data in parts. To convert MBOX to PST on a schedule, or as part of batch files and scripts, use the command line provided by the product. By using the command line, you can create flexible mail transfer and migration scenarios for any number of users in any organization. |

| | The free utility converts messages, contacts, appointments and meetings, tasks, notes, and other Outlook items from MSG files to PST. From a large number of MSG files in different folders, depending on the settings, you get one or more PST files. This creates the Outlook folder structure of the correct type. You can immediately split the resulting PST files by size, year, or other parameters.
Outlook can use PST and MSG files to store its data, with the difference that the MSG file contains one Outlook item (message, contact, task, etc.) only, and the PST file contains folders of different types that store many Outlook items. After conversion, the resulting PST files can be connected to Outlook using built-in functionality.
If you specify an additional destination folder name, a folder with that name will be created in the resulting PST file, and all the converted data will be placed in it. In the name of this folder, you can use the same macros as in file names. Therefore, additional sorting of items by dates, parts of subject, addresses, and other message fields is supported. To get PST files in the same folder structure as in the source folder on the disk or network share, simply leave the name of the additional folder empty. By configuring filters, you can convert only contacts, only messages with attachments, only files smaller than the specified size, and many other options. All images, HTML formatting, attachments, and properties from MSG files will be retained in their original form. During the conversion process, you can move the source MSG files to another folder. This allows you to run the conversion several times with no duplicates appearing in PST files.
